Shipping Policy

Presently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and to Alaska and Hawaii. There is one exception to this rule, it is permissible to ship tents to Canada. Please contact us for arrangements if shipment is directed to Canada.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. We use USPS Priority Mail. Any need for faster shipping will be handled on an individual basis by contacting our customer support department ( support@southernoutdoorspecialties.com). Costs will be calculated at the time of the special request.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped.
If you have a question about an order that you placed, please send us an e-mail. Someone will get back to you promptly.

Backorder Policy

We make every attempt to prevent backorder situations from occurring. However, there will be times that a backorder is inevitable. Under those circumstances, you will be notified of the situation. Depending upon waiting times, you will be able to make a decision as to whether or not the order stands until replenishment. On multiple item orders, you may opt to receive the items that are in stock and wait for the backordered item. In that case, you will not be responsible for shipping on the backordered item. Damaged Goods Policy

Our 60 day money back guarantee is in effect. In case of goods damaged in transit, if possible, you should refuse the shipment from the carrier. If you later notice the damage, you will need to contact us and arrangements will be made to have the item returned and credited to you or replaced with another item.

Return Policy

Defective merchandise, unfortunately, is an inevitability. Fortunately, our customer service department is ready to assist you with your return. We honor a 60 day return policy for all defective goods. Contact us by calling 1-256-894-6305 or e-mail us at support@SouthernOutdoorSpecialties.com.
Please Re-box the return in it's appropriate shipping carton. All original packaging, materials, accessories, manuals and booklets must be returned with the product. Please contact us with any questions. Your return will be processed with complete customer satisfaction. Note: If the item is not damaged and resalable, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
